The ChatGPT plugin is now available

We published OAK.memory 0.1.2 in ChatGPT on October 23, 2026. Find the plugin by developer OAK in ChatGPT and install it. Sign in to your OAK account, then choose the stores and permissions to connect.

OAK.memory is also available as a Claude plugin

The oak-memory plugin for Claude has been published. To connect a cloud store, use OAK.memory Cloud. Open Plugins in Settings or Customize, add OAK.memory Cloud, then connect oak-memory-cloud from its Connectors tab. Sign in to OAK and choose the stores and permissions to share. If the plugin is not listed, follow the installation steps in the Claude connection guide below. Company accounts remain subject to their organization’s plugin and connector policies.

Search your selected stores together

You can search personal notes and project material together, even when they live in separate stores. Choose which stores to include in your connection settings. Each result shows the store its memory came from. Stores excluded from search do not appear in the results. When saving or editing a memory, choose the destination store; changes require write permission.

Choose the stores and permissions you share

After connecting, check that you can retrieve memories from the store you want. Cloud connections do not require a database on your computer. Manage access to each store in your connection settings. Adding another store requires your consent again. The cloud limits guide below explains the usage limits for search and storage.
